This Journey focuses on the Heart (Anahata) Chakra . Empowered Goddess Journey
This journey focuses on the Solar Plexus (Manipura) and Throat (Vishuddha) Chakras . Healing the solar plexus chakra releases stress in our lives and aids us in living life in the present moment with ease and grace. Healing the throat chakra encourages us to live an authentic life and releases any shame around our shadow sides.
