What to expect:
The Sacred Shadows healing container is a meditative healing journey into your shadow side designed to begin to release you from entity & vampiric spirit attachments that are keeping you stuck in karmic loops of pain, disconnection or an inability to easily manifest.
We will cleanse the chakras and release any curses, implants or intrusions and perform a full soul retrieval for fragments that may have been sold, chipped off or were stolen during times of chaos and trauma.
Each week will also contain a brief overview and background portion of why we want to do these clearings.

What to have: Anything that will make you comfortable during meditation! We suggest finding a comfy place to sit or lie down, and having water, a journal and pen nearby (if you’d like to journal or take notes). Keep in mind you will have full access to the recording after the session.
