What to expect:
We will begin with an intention setting Tea Ceremony then we will honor our inner goddess through a 1 hour “slow flow”, therapeutic yoga practice, weaved with journaling prompts within the practice that are intuitively inspired by Sacred Goddess Energies to assist with helping you to receive messages of clarity from your own inner voice.
The Tea Ceremony will feature Revitalize Your Soul’s VENUS LOVE HEALING HERBAL TEA.
During final relaxation you will have the option to receive a brief energy healing empowerment through Reiki / IET. Final relaxation will last approximately 25-30 minutes.
Workshop Details:

What to bring: Yoga mat, water, a journal and pen. The studio has blankets, blocks and bolsters for use. Feel free to bring anything else that adds comfort in meditation as you’ll be laying down or seated for an extended period of time.
When: Friday, August 30th 2024 - 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM, **Doors will close 6:30 PM**
Where: Soul Dreams Studio at 801 Asbury Ave, 3rd Floor, Ocean City, NJ
