Goddess Quan Yin, the Bodhisattva, the Goddess of pure compassion, mercy and virtue. Her pure essence of compassion is able to ease and heal the pain and disease of the world and protect our hearts in times of sorrow, loss and suffering.

If you answered yes to any of these or are drawn to the theme for the workshop, join us as we journey into a sacred, loving container to awaken our inner Quan Yin essence of pure compassion for ourselves which we can then radiate outwards into more compassion for others.

Workshop Highlights:
We will begin with an Herbal Ceremony, where we set our intentions for the healing we wish to receive, then flow through a “slow flow” therapeutic yoga practice (with journaling prompts throughout) to assist with raising our vibration to release tension, pain, and stuck energy so we can lead a more peaceful life.
During final relaxation you will have the option to receive a brief distance energy healing empowerment through the Violet Flame of Divine Love, Shamanic Extractions for pain, and Reiki / IET to boost your energy reserves. Final relaxation will last approximately 25-30 minutes.

What to bring: Please bring your own yoga mat (few available to borrow as well), water, journal, pen and anything that adds comfort in meditation 😌. Optional to bring a blanket and/or pillow to rest comfortably during the meditation or your own tea mug.
