Goddess Gaia, the Greek mythology Earth Goddess, is calling for us to recognize our oneness with nature and Planet Earth, to protect and to care for it.

If so, join us for a mini retreat to beautifully bloom through what feels like chaos, to connect more with nature, to ease anxiety and feel grounded and rooted in your physical being 😌.

We will begin with an Herbal Ceremony, where we set our intentions for the healing we wish to receive, then flow through a “slow flow”, therapeutic yoga practice with journaling prompts throughout supporting us to see our universal connection with Gaia and natures beauty.

During final relaxation you will have the option to receive a brief distance energy healing empowerment through Reiki / IET. Final relaxation will last approximately 25-30 minutes.

What to bring: Please bring your own yoga mat (few available at studio as well), water, journal, pen and anything that adds comfort in meditation. Optional to bring a blanket and/or pillow to rest comfortably during the meditation. Optional to bring your own tea mug.
