What to expect:
We will begin with a meditative yoga practice, followed by tarot readings, designed to pave the way towards your soul's mission and receive answers to your most burning questions!
Julie Campione, Energy Revitalist Coach will lead our yoga sequence which will be highly meditative, consisting of yin and restorative asanas, to connect to our soul star chakra. The yoga sequence will last approximately 30 minutes.
During final relaxation you will have the option to receive a brief energy healing empowerment through Reiki / IET. Final relaxation will last approximately 15-20 minutes.
Soul Coaching with Jessica will draw a tarot reading for each participant throughout the workshop and during the final 30-40 minutes we will circle up and she will channel messages based upon your card pulls.
Afterwards we plan to head out for coffee or tea (cost not included as part of the package)!

Workshop Details:
🌟 Beginners welcome! 🌟
What to bring: Yoga mat, water, a journal and pen. The studio has blankets, blocks and bolsters for use. Feel free to bring anything else that adds comfort in meditation as you’ll be laying down or seated for an extended period of time.
When: Saturday, March 16th 2024 - 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM, **Doors will close 11:00 AM**
